This is the pattern for a large 12 inch segmented leather horn used in the construction of leather armor. 

It is in PDF format and should be printed with 8 1/2 X 11 printer paper. 

The edges of each piece are marked for hand stitching, and the pieces fit together and should be glued at the desired length. Gorilla glue, hot glue, or any glue that fills space will work best to make up for any variations in the leather used. 

The pattern dimensions are set up to work with 6-7oz leather. Thicker or thinner leather will require a minor adjustment to the pattern.

This is not a beginner pattern and involves wetmolding, hand stitching, and some degree of problem solving depending on the leather you use.
